These Terms of Service govern your use of Fractal Suite products, including Fractal Service Management at service.fractalsuite.com and the associated website at fractalsuite.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
"You" refers to the individual or organisation using the service. "We", "us", and "Fractal Suite" refers to the operator of these services, based in Scotland, United Kingdom.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Don't share your login with others — each agent using the platform should have their own account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@fractalsuite.com.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.
You may use Fractal Suite for any lawful IT service management purpose. You may not:
Fractal Service Management is offered at £15 per agent per month, billed monthly. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
If payment fails, we'll notify you by email. Accounts with sustained payment failures may be suspended after reasonable notice.
Your data belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership over tickets, records, or content you create in Fractal Suite. You can export your data at any time.
On account closure, we'll retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We aim to keep Fractal Suite available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We carry out maintenance as infrequently as possible and will give advance notice of planned downtime where we can.
We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability, though we'll always work quickly to restore service when issues occur.
Fractal Suite and all associated software, designs, and trademarks are owned by us. These terms don't transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the right to use the service as described here.
You retain all rights to content you create within the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, Fractal Suite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (data ownership, liability limitations) will do so.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that point constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
